Just a Comment on Free Speech

Over the past decade or so, seems celebrities and others have expressed their opinions on various subjects. Many times this has resulted in controversy, “bad press”, and in some cases loss of career potential.

Often for those who happen to agree with their comments and witnessing the problems it caused exclaim “what about free speech?”

Free speech is your legal right to voice your opinion no matter how controversial or offensive it may be to others.

However, it does not protect you from those who disagree with you to exercise their free speech and call you out on it.

Nor does it protect you from your boss firing you because of concern of lost business.

It does not protect from businesses or people not wanting to have anything to with you as not to let your comments reflect on them.

Legal right only refers to imprisonment so if you are not in prison your right has not been violated.

Free speech does not mean the right to make threats.

Free speech does not protect you from lawsuits if …

5 Ways For A Metabolism Boost In Your Life

If you want to give your metabolic rate a kick, eating the right foods and doing the right exercises is a key part of this.

However, you also need to make sure you’re leading a lifestyle that promotes optimal calorie burning. In this article I’m going to be taking a deeper look at this topic and listing five top lifestyle tips for boosting your metabolic rate.

Tip 1 – Don’t Overdose On Caffeine
When consumed in moderation, caffeine can actually give your metabolism a boost.
However, overdosing on caffeine can interfere with your body’s internal processes and cause you to become dehydrated.

This will still allow you to enjoy plenty of black tea, coffee or green tea during the day without adversely affecting the amount of calories you burn.

Tip 2 – Look for Opportunities to Stay A…

Often people become depressed in the wintertime.
Research suggests it could be from several things. First, the days are shorter and some people are just happier during daylight hours.
For others, the thought of it being too cold to get out and exercise can make them feel depressed. However, you can bundle up in warm clothing and still get outside for some fresh air.

Weight Loss: Set SMART Fitness Goals You Can Stick To

Anytime you start a new fitness regimen or even if you have been at it for a while, you need goals

Goals do not just give you something to aim for - they are also a good way to measure your results and your progress.

Here are some tips to help you with setting fitness goals:

1) Be realistic. If you have not been very active over the past few years, it is unwise to plan for a marathon in four weeks. Your goals need to be just beyond your current fitness level so you have something aspiring to reach. From time to time, you will want to push yourself, but never set a goal that is beyond your reach.

A realistic goal for someone who has not been working out is to start with half a mile or a mile. A mile should take you about 15 minutes at a steady pace. For beginners, that is a great start. You can add half-mile increments every week or every two weeks.

If you want to walk in a marathon, you should give yourself at least 6 months to prepare for it, assuming it is a short marathon.

2) Se…
