About me and why I started a website for weight loss, health and fitness for people over 50
I am 57 years old born June 30, 1958 and I have been yo-yo dieting for many years and sadly had a closet full clothes of many various sizes.
Having had a heart attack at 49, then being diagnosed diabetic and spending too much time in the hospital, I knew a change had to be made.
I started a life change of diet, exercise, and supplement experimentation to get myself in shape to live better.
Having now lost on this date Dec 23, 2012 a total of 61 pounds and putting my diabetes into remission I decided to start a blog of my results. I hope this will keep me motivated and help others who are dealing with a weight loss problem.
There is more than one road to physical fitness and I hope there be sharing of ideas to achieve that goal for all of us.
