Balenciaga Takes Legal Action Against Dog Clothing Company (The Fashion Law)<\/strong>
\nRuh-roh! Pawmain Pets, a \u201cparody streetwear\u201d apparel company for pets, is being sued by Balenciaga over a trademark application submitted by the North Carolina-based company. Apparently, the fashion house believes that customers could be confused by Pawmain\u2019s \u201cPawlenciaga\u201d pieces. What\u2019s interesting is that two of the \u201cPawlenciaga\u201d pieces available on Pawmain\u2019s site reference the Balenciaga collection that parodies Bernie Sanders\u2019 campaign logo.<\/p>\n
